  • I know that and started to do these exercises every day but when I do it hurts.

    Spine hurts when I do exercises and after they do the same .. probably do their effect or something more serious?

  • Hi guy before this exercises you got the pain, if the result is not worst than before, that's enough .

    you try to do it easy and slowly , don't be hard to do it , after few days tell me again.

    The spine hurts a little but in time I hope to resolve.

  • 7.21 if her arms are curved with a concave chest and maintans a curve of the 2 arms and chest and not angular she can enjoy the push/pull effort of 2 arms and the spinal twist turn of the ribcage along with the leg joints.Her left side is not symmetrical with the right for most exercises.Overall she is a good practioner of Zhanmi gong.

  • At 3.20-3.30 playing time she should have her knees slightly outwards to have the open/close effect for the pelvic bone and the chest should open up at the sternum when the arms are thrown backwards and a concave chest when arms are in front
