that sucks, and you will probably be in one of their beds when you get sick and be burried in one of their caskets when you die (batesville casket).

I didn't a another annoyed neighbor did, however after leaving numerous messages at the police station, I was advised the next day by a Police Officer TO CALL 911, that way it will get a quick responce, I said I didn't considder it an Emergency, He said thats the only way to do it late at night and get a responce.

I agree put him in a hotel, funny how this post came right after another incident, I contacted the home office this time, all Managers and Drivers have been told DO NOT PARK ON THIS STREET.

apparently the hill-rom propaganda machine has come to the defense of another well liked preson from the company, if this multi million dollar company would treat its employees with a little dignity AND SPEND SOME MONEY instead of suppressing its employees into submission, they could put the driver in a hotel but cheapskate company will do what it takes TO SAVE A DIME AND PUT EMPLOYEES ON THE SHORT END OF THE STICK

The driver was trying to supress us into submission, and putting us on the short end of the stick, don't put us in the middle of your problem with Managment and having to sleep in your truck.
When I politely asked the Driver to pull down the road, he said this is OUR private Property, and I'll do as I like, then he said does this sound better and he started the truck, that was the last straw. I have news for you, you don't own the land you RENT it, and I also talked to the actual owner.

According to Pennsylvania law a generator is legal to run. I'm sorry if he was right outside your window and that it kept you awake, but you can't expect him to freeze all night. Maybe you could invite him to sleep on your couch or pay for a motel room for him. The cops didn't come because they know the law. If you can't sleep, move. Nobody is forcing you to live there. Lots of people live next to airports and if they didn't like living there they would move. You have the same option....

I was living here long before Hill -Rom moved in, and it doesn't matter if he's in his rights or not, it's being a descent person, and pulling a few hundred feet down the hill and not keeping a whole neighborhood awake.
