You can see the horn cut off after Carl made the cut. After this video, he had it entirely rebuilt.

...Yeah, the horn was added by Les, but later had it cut off by Carl after he said it was unbalanced. If you look at the Jerry Was A Race Car Driver music video, during the club scene, you can still see the horn.
