  • The end is insane.

  • silly

  • @TTaylorr Do you have any idea how extreme metal drummers record? This isnt shit. Actually it is.

  • @xxxslayerxxx666

That was essentially my point. I play that intense infront of an audience during a live show. Sometimes for drummers in the studio it's difficult to capture the same intensity. Often times I suppose they're being over cautious while listening to the click track. I've been playing with metronomes for years now, It comes very natural to me. But it's still impressive to watch a studio drummer smack the living piss out of the kit during a recording, haha.

  • @NinjaReese19 also check out DJparadiddle's channel, this groove is sick.... /watch?v=KQRV0c1KXYc i like that kind of grooving stuff, it's gotta have perfection in tone, it enhances the fill....drummers that groove with very little dynamics, or even none at all, sound very basic and lame....also if you are a drummer, or just up for a challenge, watch his video "clapping music with animation" that's how i learned to play it.... now i can play it over ostinato's (it's on my channel)

  • @NinjaReese19 ok thanks, i didn't know his last name....he's pretty tight, not virtuosic or anything, but he has nice flow....honestly if i'm going to listen to that sort of drumming i prefer to listen to gospel chops drummers (primarily thomas pridgen) but i prefer technicality, i know it doesn't sell like the flashy and smooth fast grooves do, but to play technical AND smooth requires much more dedication (and most importantly originality) that sort of drumming is mostly unoriginal!

  • @xxxslayerxxx666 and you searched Timmy Jones? because whenever I search his names I find quite a few videos..

  • @NinjaReese19 i can't find other videos of him, searched his name, nothing but this video showed up....from what i'm seeing he is a generic drummer, so i'm guessing that any "epic" solo you thought you might have seen is nothing but quad fills, double bass and single strokes! go listen to TRUE beasts like matt halpern, tomas haake, chris brien, travis orbin, morgan agren, zach hill, terry bozzio, chad wackerman, vinnie colaiuta, and steve gadd!

  • @TTaylorr ummm heaphones are for the click track (metronome) it's not hard....but great musicians ARE the metronome, i'm astonished that this crap showed up in the suggestions for a zach hill video!
