The Meaning of Hallelujah by Rusty Stasiuk

I've loved this song ever since I first heard Leanard Cohen's version. Since then I have my favorites: Allison Crowe, Espen Lind and Kurt Nilsen and most recently Alexandra Burke. But what has really fascinated me is the spiritual lyrics that Cohen created all those years ago. Recently my wife introduced me to Edwin Brocks' poem: Five Ways to Kill a Man http://www.davidpbrown.co.uk/poetry/edwin-brock.html and I finally found the inspiration to attempt to decipher what I feel when I listen to this song. I hope you find something within my rendition to inspire yourself.

I absolutely agree.. the four guys are fantastic, harmonies amazing.. for anyone that has not listened to these guys (although with almost 30 million views I think almost everyone has heard them) be sure to check out Hallelujah, (shrek song).
