  • BAHAHAHA, a Durango beating a Stang!! Durangos sure are fast. I just regret having one for the mere reason it consumes gas like crazy. But hey, 5.9 liters makes up for great power and speed, not to mention that exhaust rumble from the magnum is just superb, one of the best sounding engines I've heard, aside from 5.0's from Mustangs. Kick ass Durango you got there dude.

  • Thats one powerful Durango you got there

  • @99ShelbyDurango Not sure why you took such offense to me answering your questions and making a friendly statement from 1 owner to another.

  • @99ShelbyDurango Now on to your final statement, NO SHIT. The gen1 is the best looking of all the Durango year's. The only Durango that actually looks better was the Dude concept of the gen2 that never hit production. The Shelby comes with a body kit, flashy paint, and a blower; every gen2 looks just like the next. But flash and flare aren't everything, the drag strip isn't a beauty contest.

  • @99ShelbyDurango 13.7 is my best 1/4 time though I have no vids, only time slips and witnesses from the local Mopar group and friends. Yes the truck got faster and faster... that's just a stupid statement. The truck had 2 bolt-ons and a tune in the vid. For the 13.7 I had to do every bolt-on other than a pulley, run smaller tires, and do some weight reduction, and run a 2800 stall. As far as skill... you don't need that to "make" a fast automatic car. It's knowledge you need.
