@buuust look up lumens dumdum. They have nothing to do with a plant's wavelength requirements, they are just what we are able to see

Metal halide - 175 watts - 7,400 lux - 44watts/sq. ft
LED - 44 watts - 13,300 lux - 44 watts/sq.ft

you clearly have not used LEDS
try flowering, LEDs cannot penetrate deep foliage or thick buds...its a waste unless your using for baby plants or leafy veggies
