don't worry about your processors, Pentium D 2.66 and up, all C2d, and all amdx2 can run smooth, i've been able to run on a pentium 4 650 at 3.4 gigs, ati hd 3650, on medium-low with smooth gameplay

@jameeble It would run on Low - Medium Settings. Resolution shouldn't depend at all in GTA IV, i think u should be fine with 1280x720 or so. You have to test out. The GPU is just a bit slow =P but rest is fast enough
