the people why people choose xbox over ps3 is bcuz ps3 has bad games and the ps3 is ugly =((( gears 3? is gnna b sick olny for xbox xbox 360 is better than ps3
-
i Know how to fix this go to may channel "richken7" and ill explain how to adjust the heat sensors in the intercooler ts. Also if you have the grinding sound form the fans take it apart and add barber/cliper oil to the fans just a drop, and after press the fans hard/ down word and plug it back in. (no issue) on a intercooler that a year and under the ball barings should not be out yet.

I got the slim xbox and while it works way better than the old one my 2007 80gb (now 320gb) ps3 is way quieter and stays way cooler
-
i have the same problem is there anyway i can fix it
-
who cares about the noise its the performance
-
i had that problem with my old one. then i went out and bought a black one, and it still amde the noise, but only for like 5 seconds. but it works pretty good
-
SAME PROBLEM WTF IS SPENT LIKE 20 BUCKS ON THAT HOMO PIECE OF CRAP
-
@force83x i still have my ps3 that was built in 2007 and it works like a charm, and would outlast any 360. also that grinding you hear is just dry bearings in the fans, take the fans off and there should be on either side an access hole and just drop some kind of oil in it and it will be happy again.
-
@force83x yeah i have a ps3 since 2007 and it works flawlessly, cause i kept the good ol dust out of it, like everyone should, and i like the so called fat version of the ps3 better than the slim.

ok well i have the same problem with my ps3 intercooler.
what i do is, when its making the grinding sound, unplug the power FROM the intercooler and wait for a few seconds, then plug it back in.
keep repeating that until it works.
but if it doesnt work after the 2nd or 3rd try, try tapping on it a little bit.
hope it helps!
