Disgraced former Malaysian police chief Tan Sri Rahim Noor reveals his true colours - several years before he was convicted of physically abusing Deputy Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim who was in his custody. Riot police under Rahim's command used tear gas and batons to punish Vietnamese refugees staging a peaceful protest at a camp on the outskirts of the capital Kuala Lumpur in 1995. Cronies from the Malaysian press humour 'Tan Sri' as a Western journalist's persistent questioning about casualties, and his requests to film them, is treated with mockery and contempt.
