120's Baby! I finally made it down to the big dumbbells on the other side of the rack! Not THE best reps but I did not pump these 3ish reps out fresh. I had already done a light shoulder workout earlier that morning and this was also after doing sets of flat bench. I hope you enjoy! I will be posting more updates to this due to the fact that I now have broken through that plateau! I was weighing 163lbs. (I get stronger and I never change in weight) and am 5'3" being 17 years old and almost 18 as a senior in high school.
You don't look 17, not sayin that in a bad way jus look older.

yeah, I'm working on that. it is annoying 'cause I have an old should injury to work around. getting that first reps is what it's all about
