@obsedatr6 Are you asking about the rotating bezel? You can use it to to mark time or count down time. Divers use it to see how much time they have (ie: remaining air in their tanks) or you can use it while cooking or when you park at a meter. There are different types of bezels, but the most popular are uni-directional rotating, which only move in one direction so that if a diver bumps it it will only decrease the underwater time and not increase it.
