Joseph is so inspiring! His story is amazing too. Early in life he was diagnosed with childhood arthritis and developed several health complications as a result of his medication. He found Bikram yoga and began healing. He tells a funny story about his first competition--he was the only guy up there not locking the knee in Standing Head to Knee. Such a cool, down to earth person that makes you realize how accessible yoga is to everyone!

There's no denying the grace and flexibility of Josephs routine -however, Isn't having a 'competition' kinda defeating the whole yoga theory and ever-changing growth one obtains through yoga??
