  • sit ups are a thing of the past, this movement is just gonna shorten your hip flexors, which is gonna lead to lower back pain, dont do it, train smart people. look at some of stuart mcgills videos on youtube.

  • before watching this video, i would have my legs at a much smaller angle, and the sit ups were crazy difficult. now, is it just me, or does the angle in this video make them really easy?...

  • For some reason when I do sit ups I can't reach all the way can someone respond to why I can't reach all the way up
