@DJHotaru we have fried ice cream in america so i dont know why all of these people from america are commenting about not ever having fried ice cream but america isn't just full of overweight obese people...we accually have many great olympic athletes and healthy people here...there are many many many healthy people in america, so don't judge before you acually know the facts

@DJHotaru This is from Taiwan...no one complaining about Japan.....and in the US they also have deep fried ice cream as well, so I'm not sure where these people commenting are coming from.

@GrimeDaiIy What it is actually being in practically a frozen dough type of substance that is frozen around it, then when its friend it stays in only long enough for that outer dough to fry up and normally is placed back in the freezer before its served to keep the ice-cream inside instead of melting out.
