Hoep you're ready for today's Burst Bout.
We're working the Back, Chest & Biceps today and this is a prefect split training routine to get that fat burning fired up and those muscle lean & sculpted for summertime.
For the strength portion of the Burst Bout, please set your GymBoss Timer to 35 seconds of work & 12 seconds rest. For the cardio portion of the Burst Bout, set it to 25/10.
