The date was June 29th, 1988. The championship round finals of the 1988 PBA Seattle Open were contested at Skyway Park Bowl, a bowling center that was owned by the Pardee family. Fifth seeded player Tom Crites defeated Amleto Monacelli, Dave Husted, and Randy Pedersen in his previous three matches. Does Tom and his fifteen pound Columbia 300 Black U Dot have enough left in the tank to defeat top seeded George Branham III? Tune in and find out. Part 2 of 2

  • Looks like those are U-Dot Limited balls.

  • Tom Crites Now owns a bowling alley in Loveland Colorado

  • What ever happened to Tom. I went to school with him.

  • Branham was the man

  • does anyboy have the one where Tom Crites won the Kessler open in 1989, he shot 256 to shut out Curtis Odem

  • Crites is the man.......

  • I love how when Branhamm almost leaves the solid 8 that Durbin starts talking about Randy Pedersen and this was 7 years before his famous solid 8 occured. A Durbin Jinx?

  • 5 real bowlers on that show, technique mattered some back then.

  • So that's how you carry a solid 8, get the 2 pin off the side wall.
