Standard of Qasim Ibraim (Buruma Qasim), who is using his wealth as a tool to win the presidential election of Maldives 2008. This video has been taken when he was giving a speech on the occasion of celebrating 40th anniversary of Democratic relationship between Maldives & Japan. This speech was given very recently i.e. by the time he was ministry of finance & treasury of Maldives. and later he resigned after spoiling whole Maldivian economy due to his incapability & inefficiency.
