Galileo and Copernicus - two of the greatest astronomers

My thoughts and "grades" of each person in this part:

#10: This man did so much for science and astronomy. The church were a bunch of arrogant bastards back then, too proud to admit they were wrong until '92. A+

#9: Discovered that the earth revolved around the sun. You can't get much more influential than that. A+

Why did they forget to mention how all of the scientists were against Galileo's belief, why? because it couldn't be proven. Galileo could not prove it with science so he tried to take it to religion. The Church had no problem with Galileo's belief being taught as theory and ONLY as theory. Galileo even made a vow to the Church not to teach belief as fact but as theory until it can be proven as true. Galileo adopted his belief from a Catholic priest 20 years earlier. Go get educated.
