This post mean no harm to Juicy Couture. I just wanna my Dignity!!
Story:
I brought this item back to Juicy @ pasadena old town, which was the place I purchased this item. I encountered A Female sales, who claimed that she is the store Manager.
Firstly, She turned the cloth inside-out, stretched the sleeves at least 5 minutes!
Secondly, she said: my black velour is dirty. she didn't allowed me to returned it. I said "i didn't wear it" no way can get dirty !!!"
She said" I did not accuse you wear it, but it's dirty.
I said " I did not wear it how come it's get dirty, and I am a honest person". also I question her where is the dirty on that black velour ?
She said" I request you lower down your voice, I not accuse you wear it, but it's dirty, you put in the dirty place!!" what dirty place????
That was a trick !!!!
She "requested me lower down the voice"???
She is smart, satyed calm and cool, even no facial expression. she took customer's emotion to very stressful level and then put me down...why didn't she just said " please do not yelled at me"?
Come on...that was my normal voice, also I tried to use my poor english to explain to her...
I cried, I asked "ok, let me know how I can return it? she said" you don't have to go anywhere, no one gonna let you return it,because it's dirty"" she was behaving as a president of Juicy.
730pm to 830 pm , entire hour. no customer walked in. i did not have any witness. there was a male sales stayed away from us with "smiles".
Was that a bully??
I am a asian, I am a educated and professional adult.
I told the story to my co workers(they all white or black).
I surprised that they all said "it's bully and racial discrimination.
they have never been treated like this way while they returned item.
I've heard Juicy has been favorable by asian, While I told my asian friends...they all surprised.
So My Dignity had been insulted and abused for an hour.
I really don't know why that manager treat me like this way.
MY Comment:
Firstly, I never wear the item. I return it follow by return policy.
JUicy, Pink, means " happy" "peace"and " fair."
IF that Pasadena manager provided that kind bully service to customer. she owe JUicy a big apology !!
nowaday, a lot of people no job. she should appreciate and be happy JUicy giving her a "manager title" but I wonder if she is leading her co workers by her own way ...that will be sad. I've shopping JUicy since 2006, the time i came to US. never had this before.
I've write e mail to juicy, no one call me back.
That's why i post video, because I wanna show everyone, i did not lie. my juicy is not dirty.
Now, I called my credit card company, let them take care of my return.
im sorry for you! i have never seen this before! its insulting!!! i have only heard of things like this, this is a clear example of poor customer service! for you to post this on Youtube increases the power of "word of mouth!",which is one of the reasons companies try to improve their products, services and people working for them! if more people would express their freedom of speech this way, would force companies to look at the people representing them, and how they treat and value customers!
