DJ Duct Tape - Arguing With Idiots | Glenn Beck Contest Entry | Top 10 Finalist!

Thank you to everyone at the Glenn Beck Program and to all of the other finalists. This has been quite a ride and I can't believe the great people I have met!

I wrote and recorded the song and lyrics in less than a day, and had to rush the shooting because the contest didn't last long!

DJ Duct Tape here spittin some rhymes,
About reasonable questions for unreasonable times.
We are just a bunch of people with a differing view,
But disagreeing = racist if you watch or read the news.
So MC Glenn Beck gave us a job which I then took
Make a 2 minute video to help sell his book
His book is doing well and the left is throwing fits,
So here's a few examples of arguing with idiots.

*Uh Health Care's a right which everyone should get
*And if you're not for single payer then you wish the poor were dead
Not true, all that we are saying is that health care has a cost
And the government running it would be more money lost
*What about medicare, that's sure been a hit!
Don't even get me started on the growing deficit
*My cousin knew this girl who couldn't even afford a crutch!
Let me guess that little girl's name is Sally Muckenfutch.

Arguing with the idiots
Instead of spending my time trying to keep what's mine


The green crap is more than I can handle every day,
*But mother earth is fragile and one day she'll soon decay.
*When the oceans rise, maybe then you'll learn your lesson.
I just hope I don't get busted, for packing incandescents.




Now people will dismiss me as a righty, crazy nut.
Truth is I'm libertarian and freedom's all I want.
