  • he will not give a credit to a total different idea. popp is artist and the way and concept how bit.fall is develloped is different. if you see the art of popp you will understand. pevnick claims an idea of "waterdisplay". the aim of popp is not the technical aspect, its the "why and what" to show on a kind of canvas. bit.fall is the content, showing the liquid and ephemeral behavior and apearence of information in our culture. would you ask picasso to give credit to da vinci for using a canvas?

  • Oh dear me, I feel so transparent right now. You have figured me out, your Mexican brain is just too powerful for the likes of me.

Let me educate you smart one. What you propose is that there is a causal comparative relationship between saying "epic" and being stupid. When you get your high school diploma please tell me, because I have heard paranoid schizophrenics come up with better arguments than that.

  • it seems like you are one of this poor, lonely and sad people who sit all the day at home. abandoned by family and friends, and even your cat, mouse and dog have left you behind. you spend a lot of time waisting you high school diploma brain in fighting with windmiles. come one smart one, get out of your wheelchair, and "YES YOU CAN!"

  • Is this guy american? Hows come we can't even manufacture a computer printer over here? Huh, answer me that.

  • he is international, doesnt matter where you are from ;-) it just matters that you think and act!

  • Beautiful.

Fascinating to see how the piece changes depending on location, depending on what's on the news on any given day. And it's fascinating to see how people respond to the water falling – we just can't resist touching water, can we!?

See here for the artist's own words: youtube DOT com SLASH watch?v=AICq53U3dl8

  • I think that the 5 people that don't like this video neither take a shower.

  • very beautiful piece, I can't even begin to imagine how he did this. interesting references to pop culture

  • I've seen it today in Kirschau/Germany - very impressive!

  • , well put. check the altermodern manifesto :)

  • Stephen Pevnick first developed this in the 1970's. I wonder when Popp will give him credit for this?
