This shit is a scam... total scam, as was endothil. Melatonin in the pm formula gives the better sleep. Take Alpha lipoic acid, L carnitine and CoCQ10 for fat loss and muscle gain, there is no magic formula... YOU have to eat well and train correctly

The bottom line is that there is no guarantee at all of the type of research done unless massive double-blind studies were required to be done on supplements. They aren't. There is no way to tell that these are safe or unsafe until the bodies start piling up. There's also no way to tell if it works based on testimonials, because people usually go to the gym a lot more when they start on a new supplement. Do you really want an organ to burn out five years later because this wasn't tested?
