@woodsb1892 Thanks for helping @thewardguy try to find a solution as well! I never had any trouble with the share feature at all, so I wasn't sure what glitch he was encountering. Hope it was resolved!

@thewardguy I was never able to get this working the way she described in the video. I use the "Send To" feature which is also in Google Reader and selected the PingFM feature there. After logging onto the PingFM site and setting up my social media site accounts. Now whenever I select "Send To", PingFM pops up and when I Iog into the site, I'm able to perform the same function as above by sending my shared articles to all registered social media sites as needed.

Hi Melissa, I was trying to setup the Google Reader feature as you mentioned to my Ping.FM account however, every time I enter my Google userid, it keeps telling me I have entered an invalid username or that I'm not sharing my Google Reader Feed. My questions are:
1) Do I have to have my own RSS Feed setup and showing in Google Reader or can I share info from any RSS Feed that I'm following as you did in the video?
2) Is this feature the same as using the Send To option within Google Reader?
Hello,
Make sure you have the correct google username and password. You do not need your own RSS feed to set this up.
Once you have this set up, you can share any post or feed that is in your google reader.
I think the Send to Feature is just to email people. The Share Option is only for sharing on other social networking sites!
