@truebrulz yeah that is just plain stupid to call it chicken fried steak .. must be just because most people relate the frying and breading to the fried chicken thing

OK I'm from Australia and here we call what he is cooking beef schnitzels,why do Americans call it chicken fried steak when it is not chicken? I would really like to know the answer cause if i went to a restaurant and saw chicken fried steak on the menu i would think i was getting a chicken schnitzel.

@maslabud Increase the heat. I start at 350 deg. If the temp is to low it will make the breading soggy and fall off.
