Brian Blackwell was the son every parent dreams of having. Charming, confidentand extremely clever: straight A grades at A-level meant he was about to embark on a medicine degree. But beneath all of the effortless success, was another story: Brian was gripped by a personality disorder, which made him obsessed with fantasies of power and brilliance. So when the 19-year-old student treated his girlfriend to a holiday of a lifetime in the US, with lobster, truffles and champagne, and a five-star hotel overlooking Central Park, suspicions began to be aroused. How had he found £30,000 to pay for the holiday? And where were hismother and father? The tragic story of how a seemingly "perfect" son tookrevenge on his parents when they discovered his spending habit was out of control. How he bludgeoned them to death one day; and calmly set off the next on a luxury trip to the States as if nothing had happened.

  • so he stole and swindled money

    he murdered his own parents

went on holiday just hours after he had killed them

lied to his girlfriend, lied to the neighbours, lied to the police

    left the bodies to rot

showed little to no remorse for his actions

tried to get the house set on fire

even lied when he confessed to the murders to make it look like it was self defense

.........and hes let off lightly cause hes got NPD (Nonsensical Prick Disorder)

the british justice system.....can't beat it

  • this bastard should be send in the prison full of gay prisoners

  • no danger to the public?! he stabbed his parents 50 times combined til they died!

  • i think that the fact that they think that it was not premeditated was wrong.

if he was the loving son etc, then how could he run away, leaving his parents to rot for 6 weeks? it doesn't make any sense.

if he knew that he was wrong, and that he felt guilty for killing his parents, he would've called the police himself and told the police that he killed his parents in the first place.

  • @timebandit71 Hardly. We're not so quick to execute criminals either.

  • just goes to show LAW is bullshit. its the law that facilitates this type of crime. this bastard should be locked up for life or death row.

  • i know of a similar case where a guy mutilated his family. he was brought up in a very normal background, went to a good school and his parents spent a lot of money on him for everything. you could never think such evil could come from such a nice guy. but when we talked to his nanny, she said that when he was younger an incident happened which she said a child could never do but he did. she said she saw his evil that day.so i guess evil can be something you are born with.

  • Technically, he could be getting out of jail very soon.
