I didn't write anything other than a shim for a missing symbol when compiling (the C language) qemu for arm. Once I got a statically linked qemu able to run i386 code I faffed for ages getting to the point where could run wine. Progman.exe is the old windows shell from pre-1996 (roughly when windows95 came out).
