  • EMDR is absolutely helpful

I did an EMDR therapy because I was traumatized by my past (cruel parents, mobbing at school, bad experiences with girls, etc).

Doing EMDR helped me change my defective believes (I am weak, ugly, helpless, etc) to positive believes (I am handsome, I can take care of me, etc).

    People, it really helps.

  • If you don't try it, I can absolutely guarantee my life on it that you are missing out on pure magic.

  • Hmm...a therapy that waves something rhythmically back-and-forth in front of your eyes and has you relax. All that is missing is "you are getting sleeeeepy." Problem is, hypnotism is DANGEROUS. It is very easy for therapists to implant memories when someone is that relaxed and focused. Many of these videos have the therapist saying "and then I had this idea of changing their memory" Bad idea. SCARY idea. Try reading "Making Monsters" by R. Ofshe and E. Watters sometime.

There are 4 racetams - Piracetam, Aniracetam, oxiracetam and Pramiracetam.

Piracetam is extremely safe and legal to use. Its totally none toxic and is a super-connecter in the brain.

For someone like me who had ALOT of respressed trauma it was like dynamite.

I also have EMDR programs, and have had EMDR administered to me by qualified professionals - Piracetam/choline is FAR more effective.

Choline is needed to supplement the piracetam to make it effective.

    Regards.

  • @edthewave

    Hey there.

EMDR stimulates the corpus callosum to encourage integration of memories.

Piracetam does exactually the same thing. I suffered multiple (over years) trauma as a child, and have found choline/piracetam extremely effective.

With piracetam your not paying a fortune or relying on anyone else - just need to have coping mechanisms to deal with what comes up.

    Regards.

  • @cheekyleopard What is a "Racetam'? How is it better than EMDR? I've been looking at EMDR, NLP Hypnosis, and other forms of psychotherapy. Please elaborate.

  • @SoyySauceeBoii EMDR won't work unless you have a therapist present. For some reason, it just won't work and you may be causing more harm than anything by trying by yourself, or it could be just harmless. It's odd and I don't think they can explain it but without a therapist just doesn't work. Odd eh?
