Don't mean to be the killjoy of the thread or anything. Seems like everyone's leaving amusing comments but I have to ask. Won't the sound of the AC also be recorded when you're making music? Or is it in the other part of the studio?

@exacerbatedtaboo It's in the Control Room, which contains no microphones. Both sides of the glass do have AC units. They can be run, and then shut off. Heavy insulation helps maintain the temp for a good while.
