Smoothie recipe (you don't have to use everything I did, use what you've got!):
12-14 oz coconut water
1 tbsp. coconut pumpkin see probiotic yogurt
12 drops of english toffee stevia
2 dates
1/2 tsp. coconut oil
2 large pinches of hempseeds
1 handful of goji berries
1 small pinch of salt
~BLEND~
2 tsp. of Amazing Grass Chocolate powder
1 heaping teaspoon of Vitamineral Green
1 teaspoon of Maca
2 teaspoons of Mesquite powder
2 teaspoons of Shaman Shack's Morning Jing powder
3 teaspoons of cacao powder
Cayenne pepper to taste
Cinnamon to taste
~BLEND~
About 5 oz of water
1 full tray of ice
~BLEND AND ENJOY!!~

  • @moonlightsadness Yes, a smoothie usually replaces breakfast or lunch for me. And if I want a snack later in the evening and want something lighter than a solid meal I will have another smoothie. :-)

  • so question...are these in replace of a meal?
