to all the no animal people there, if you look at our water issue world wide, then you might think twice about your vegtables, then if you look at your vegatables you cant control how other farmers farm them and how they use thier soil and water as well as pesticeides, in addition to that animals that are "invaders" are already reshaping this world and the environments there in, animals for haiti is reliable food source it does not mean they can do with out produce n grains, SthINKin ThinkinKils

depression it seems we are in, but we have more recources even when we are broke and losing our homes than the people of haiti have and creating resources for them and do all we can do with what ever we have as often as we can, well a purpose like that can lift our people out of our depression that seems to be assumed and echoing in our economy from the lack of hope and the people who have faith but are scared of end times and are losing touch with Our saving Grace that says HOPE in Jesus builds

my peom about haiti and our responsibility to help them rebuild recover renue and live, is called banchee marry anne marrie, i feel haiti can hear the voice of the world as clearly as they hear our God's voice, they pray to God but know that it would be our shame as americans if we allow this epidemic to continue without our hands allowing them to be God's hands, well then we would then be just a banchee cryin out loud mourning the death of the righteous before they die instead of building hope

so haiti is my mission, and i thought it was grandious and i thought that no one would help me help them, so i started writing about this problem, and its hard when you want to help and all you can do is use a utube channel where you dont have more than two views per video it is a thing of grand relief to me that i dont need to be ashamed of myself as an american that i can do something impossible like God says we can do when we are with God, so this is making my christmas, there is HopeReveal'd

so now that i know a respectable organization is bringing in the power to get through the red tape and to get funding for the planes and fuel and distribution, now i need to consentrate on saving money and also getting people to back this up and contribute with me. if you think about it boars would do well in this climate also, and i was wondering about edible insects, if the people's customs would give them that freedom, those three can be farmed and hunted if they get loser or are taken care

i am studying up on this project because it was a grandious idea to me when i thought about rabbits for haiti, cause they reproduce and put on wieght easily, but my idea came when i didnt know there was a way to get through customs on a plane to haiti from the idea was miami florida, and all the friends i told my idea to laughed and said i was funny. but then laughed and "loved" me more when they found out i was serious and till i found a contact who told me about heifer org i had given up.

Thanks for your response/comment. Yes, I know that Heifer and Oxfam and lots of these groups do some great work, too. Heifer has community garden programs in some cities and Oxfam has other good programs. But much of what they do is now encouraging animal agriculture. If they could leave that part out of their programs, I would promote them....Thanks, Rae

Why Not? People who believe in caring for all life should not support any group that ships animals overseas. The populations do not have the resources to feed and give veterinary care to these animals and often live on marginal land that is depleted more with animal agriculture than with eating the produce directly. Animal agriculture requires large amounts of land and water to feed people. The people, the land and the animals all suffer. Thank you for being open to choosing compassion.
