* Repost as an Ode to David Carradine
A great actor and an avid practitioner after he starred in the TV series Kung Fu.
He will be missed.

This is something i did for myself, and it really isn't random.

All the pictures relate to something of importance to me, in or around 1974. As you'll see, not all the pictures are from 1974, ie Bigfoot, Lockness Monster, Helfin's UFO, so on- but everything in this vid represents scenes from my childhood around that time period.

The whole project didn't come out exactly like i had planned, I wanted more than just a simple slide show- but after about 4 other versions, this is one that I feel is best to represent to me and me alone, 1974.

Some people may not know what some of the images are, especially the younger generation or perhaps my friends in other countries, some are pop culture that was important to me, and probably not well known around the world, or perhaps even in the US.

thanks for watching

peace

  • Well, I would have given you 5 stars, but you disabled it! Dangnabit. We loved David Carradine and spent many hours watching him on TV. Thanks for so many reminders of that time. Great slide to end on too! Well done.
