get on board!!!!!!! its only been a week and i already feel amazing! its not even about just losing weight its more about just been healthy. all the junk we eat really takes a toll on us inside and out. and remember its not a change for a few days or weeks its a LIFESTYLE change and needs to be maintained for optimal results!

  • The after 8 thing is a myth. Youre actually not suppose to eat 1-2 hours before you go to bed. So if you go to bed at 10 then it would be 8 but if you went to bed at 12 then you could eat until 10. :)

  • I'm kinda on weight-loss right now , and i have noticed a dramatic change. i feel a lot more energetic and confident. :) i would like to hear about what you eat , my problem is that i looooooooove sugar too much :D I try to stay away from chocolate , thats why my skin has been better. I still eat chocolate sometimes but not as often as i used to. little changes can make difference ;)
