Thanks everybody, I wasn't expecting so many nice comments, you encourage me to do some more of these sequences! I was trying out a morphing program for the first time, and it seems to have worked quite well, hasn't it! It was definitely much fun to do!

the morphing pictures are wonderfully done and the music fits perfectly. I've always liked that bit of music. Thanks for posting it.
