  • Glad you enjoyed it Vito69100!

  • I can't believe I've been looking all over the internet for years at and for pictures of Schofield but haven't thought of looking on YouTube until now. I was in Schofield twice in the late '70s and mid-'80s, McCormack near the main church and then Charlton Street by Generals Loop (a dependent). I've known about the refurbishing but not quite what is gone and still there. I still can't believe they closed the golf course.

  • Glad you found it. There are a few others that I posted too. Closing the golf course was sad. It was called Kalakaua Golf Course. Now it is filled with new housing.

  • Hey I lived at schofield back in 1989. Was wondering if you would care to film some of my old housing area? 1828-D McMahon Rd. Thanks.

  • Hey Tropic Lightning Soldier! Which housing area was that? I am pretty sure it has also been demolished as a lot of the old housing was. Where was it located? Aloha!

  • Great! Thanks for getting over to Schofield to take this video. I still had a little trouble getting oriented. Was hoping you would have done a 360 so I could see what was behind you. Hey, but thanks for taking this video! Hope you can take some more as I Quad progresses.

  • No problem. Maybe more to follow in the future. Aloha.

  • THANKS FOR THE VIEW MAN HOOAH

  • @ProDynamixTV might have from the 70's

  • Did you happen to have any shots from inside 2-11 FA Bravo Battery. That was my old unit. I have particular interest in the FDO's office, dayroom, supply, etc.
