Angela (on the right) was my host grandmother during my time in the Peace Corps. She is an admirable woman. See her chatting with her friend here in their native language, Quechua. Mayu means river in Quechua. Notice that Angela has her knitting with her -- although not a Mayu knitter, a neighbor and very close and well-respected friend. www.shopmayu.com
