A cheap and effective portable power solution for lighting gear. A UPS and a diaper bag is all it takes to provide power away from an AC outlet.

Costing $150 it is half the price of other commercial solutions and works/looks just as good if not better.

  • I I keep saying APS and APC when I mean UPS. Sorry if that causes anyone any confusion.

  • how does it charge?

  • how many fires do you get by doing this?

  • Great tip but your voice in the video is just way too loud and overpowering.

  • Great job man. I have a question, I have a 100 W monolight with a 60W bulb. How would a APC 900VA UPS fair with the monolight? From your experience with the APC do you think my combo would work okay?

  • Very cool Tip!! Thanks for sharing!!
