This fifty-two-year-old Blond beauty with a solid ash body weighs just 7.50 lbs. Huge '57 style fretted maple V "boat-neck" with 21 frets and black dot position markers. Neck dated in pencil "7-56" and pickup cavity dated "6/57". One single-coil pickup in the bridge position with a huge output of 7.03k. Potentiometers both dated January 1957. Esquire/Telecaster combined bridge/tailpiece with three smooth steel saddles. Original "ashtray" bridge cover. There is some surface wear to the fretboard and the neck has been expertly re-fretted, but overall, this fifty-two year-old gem is one of the nicest '57 Esquires that we have ever seen! The Blond finish has mellowed to a rich, creamy color and the lovely grain of the ash body shows well through the finish. Housed in it's original Fender "Tweed" hardshell case with brown leather ends and red plush lining (8.00)

  • Like OMG your fingernails are like soo pretty

  • @ctullio AhaHahah this guy is awesome, one of the greatest musicians , I guess you didn't know that, ass. And the feedingback is not completely normal...

  • I hate this guy, and a guitar feedingback is completely normal DOUCHEBAG.

  • That's nice but what's the price?

  • Hey do you remember what amp was phil using? I see a couple of little marshalls, (both are plugged, maybe running them stereo?). And also what pedal was he using?

PS:I Read all the comments to see if no one had ask before, didn't want to ask the same question for the hundredth time.

  • @hipsterDog98 bridge point is bridge pickup. front point is COCK

  • Why is there a pickup switch?

  • It's kinda like a tone preset thing.

In the "bridge" position, the Tone knob is bypassed, and that gives a sound that's a little hotter, more bite.

In the "middle" position, the tone knob works, working as it would on a normal tele. Some people like to tame the highs on a Tele bridge pickup anyway.

The "neck" position works almost like the tone knob is rolled back to zero, although not a lot of people use that.

  • @sk8te81 message in a bottle by police

  • one pickup= no fucking around.
