  • Yum...yum..... eggplant w/garlic chili sauce - my favorite. Made it for Xmas gatherings, Thanksgiving (my vegetarin freinds - substitute meat w/gluten), New Year, potluck....one of my friend's favorites! Yum-Yum!!! Just luv this receipe!

  • This is really a wonderful recipe. Very very unique. Im chinese, been eating loads of chinese food since young. I like the part where u seperated the egg plants from the sauce, or rather steamed the eggplant beforehand. Thanks!
