Your link should be much straighter. You are running with the link out to far on the servo arm. Move it in to the 1st or 2nd hole on BOTH arms - you'll just get a boom strike with it that far out. If the pitch is off adjust the mount to the main shaft by loosening the set screw and moving the lower blade mount up or down. There should be a notch/hole for the correct placement.
