Here is my bicep and tricep routine. It is what has worked for me and i am not in any way saying that its the best workout. Feel free to give it a try and see how it works for you.

This is my day 1 out of 4 which consists of:
- Hammer twist curls
- Tricep pull backs
- Seated curls
- Overhead tricep lifts
- Ez bar curls
- Skull crushers
- Tricep bar curls
- Tricep bar overhead lifts

  • Its not a question of alot to learn, its a question of what ive proven works for me. I mentioned in the video that im not claiming this to be the best routine but one that has given me my past results.

    The guy is showing what works for him and he is looking very good, so you can either copy or learn from it. He's not claiming to be a personal trainer so let him be.
