He was one of the best surprises at the Idols Live Tour that year. He sounded much better in person. This song to me is much more adult comtemporary instead of country. I think he would do well in that genre also. Many country artists have. He is certainly more talented than Gokey. He just had a concert cancelled in our heavily country-influenced area due to lack of interest and low ticket sales. I would pay to see Michael perform tho. He has country soul.

I don't watch Idol for many reasons. So, to my advantage, I am able to listen objectively to Michael and he is a beautiful singer. I didn't realize he had been on that show and actually met him recently. He is such a nice, personable guy...very genuine and put on a great show even for our small crowd. We could have been a crowd of thousands, but he didn't change his passion on stage (and there was no stage). Great going, Michael! Can't wait to see what's next! Thanks for posting, movieman2551

Micheal is such a talented singer. I live in the town just about 30 mints from Jasper and I have to say it was so cool to see someone from my area on of the biggest shows ever. Micheal is awesome!
