I think the vocals are better on this version, tbh I think hardcore punk vocals from the late 70s were a bit pathetic.

Well - you're clearly a fool.
This cover is really good.
But the fact of the matter is Black Flag wrote the song , making it impossible for it to be done any better.
It can be altered and changed making it a good song in its own sense , but you simply cannot cover a song and claim it's better than the original.
