@gouda2802 Yes they are, his name is Amazigh, ehtically algerian are amazigh, all speak arabic, almost all, some speak both amazigh n arabic, almost no one writes amzigh, almost all speak french and write it.Majority does not speak amazgh. Good 30% does.
