John is a native of Belize, fluent in English, Spanish, Creole and his Yucateck Maya language.
K'IN "WINIK means "Sun Man" in John's language. He has chosen this name for his company to show his deep connection to his land and Maya culture.
After 20 years of working as tour guide for some of Belize's better known Jungle Lodges, John found that he can better serve his clients as an independent tour guide. This allows him to tailor each and very tour to the needs of his customers rather than being pressed into a time schedule designed to get the maximum people with minimum effort to the most sites.
John Chuc's tours will not only introduce you all the famous sites of Belize, you will also get an in-depth insight into the ecological aspects along the way.
