@hornetpalooza Having no technology doesnt mean that the medically important molecules do not exist in tradictional medicine; thats why those with techonology make money. I bet your country is fighting in Libya as we speak for reources you dont have to prolong your life span even further; There are myriads of reasons for Tanzanians shorter life span and lower GDP one is the desparation for resources of countries like yours.
