Video DNA Genome Sequencer FLX System: what is going on inside?!

Hey guys, I spend my spare (evening) time doing this stupid things :-) better than watching trash Tv.

Probably you heard about pyro-sequencing and you see videos on the theory but what really see the machine ?

This is a video made by real images grabbed from the instrument (GS-FLX Roche/454).
This run shows a 16 lanes plate and a zoomed area ( the zoomed are is the NorthWest placed on NorthEast).
Original resolution is 4096x4096 more than an hd film, I know that with YT's format you can't catch the pyro-process in depth, but that's it!

Stay tuned, I'll create more videos on different gasket (# of lanes) and with different levels zoom up to few wells.
