Disgaea 2 - Zetta

All the previous bosses were fought with 20 enemy bills passed.
A level 1800 with 20 bills passed converts to a level 9040 or so, and Laharl's 1200 goes to 6000.
However, Zetta starts at 2k.
Times that by 5 and you get 10k.
A level 9999 Zetta is ANNOYING AS HELL.
Sure I could have made a nekomata wear my arcadias but I was going to lower the levels to work on items anyway.
However, level 2000 Zetta seems to do his special moves really really reluctantly, I had to lure him with a mage to even do the nuke.
Ah well.
