Wood gas VW polo Version 2

finnaly i get the new platform to work.
The first VW engine is send to the scrap yard. And i have made another one. It is allso an "old banger", but it was cheap. a new head gasket, and then it was fine. The gasifier seems to work fine. I can start the engine after about 3-5 min. I was driving this rig the first time, about 1/2 hour, on 3 kg woodpellets.
UPDATE:....
Yesterday i was driving the engine 1 hour on 3,5 Kg woodpellets. The engine´s Rpm was constant at 2000 Rpm. In the last 15 min. i need to adjust the secondary air inlet to the engine. Mostly because of the gas was getting weak.

I think you should try to get a better more easy to use blower. And you should check for leaks in ALL fittings.

If you look on the internet, then you will be able to see a lot of drawings, from wich you can make a cyclon that will work.

But all in all then it is a question of getting the right propertions. In and out, and the lenght of the swirvelchamper
