@gojiberries1 I am not also not vegan or vegatarian. Look extremely young for my age. I mean extremely..about 13 years younger. Beans are high in copper. Wild salmon is good. I eat free range meat and goat milk and I don't feel guilty. Buckwheat groats are great. I eat tons of raw produce that or organic. Seaweed, Spirulina. Read about the Hunza people. You are a honest person.

Vata body types will desire or need warmth.
This diet with upset you emotionally. I do 75 percent to 85 percent raw. I am not interested in getting with 100 percent raw foodies. I love warm foods. Low heat cooking is the best. Also cooking food is not imperfect. It is sensual delight and warmth for some people is a healthy thing. Seaweed is great and beans.

Coffee is highly acidic to the body, witch makes it very toxic to the body. Not good.

I have been totally caffeine free for over 6 years.
I didn't die, and the headaches went away within 1 day.
I was sick of being a slave to the the coffee.

Quitting coffee only takes about four days. Use Miso soup to calm down. Your honesty is freeing, thank you.

hmm.. it's hard for me to pinpoint one, but i think basically all the dark leafy greens are probably the best foods you can eat for your skin = )

You are noticeably calmer when you aren't drinking coffee. You seem happier too. How about a nice, soy chai latte next time?

You're right. I really do much better when I don't obsess about being 100 percent. I always do better when I just don't think about it so much, and just eat whatever feels good, which is usually raw food. I usually don't drink that much coffee either. It was just a bad day. I really only usually drink about 2 cups a day. I will get over the craving with time. I'm just trying to do the best I can right now. And, yes, I know that I have definitely improved tremendously since I first started!
